McConchie Truckers

Our drivers, our office team, and our site crews are the real strength of our business.  We are proud of the fact that we have several drivers who have been working with us for more than 15 years, and that many of our drivers have worked with us for their entire driving career.

We have several family groups working with our company; father and son combinations, husband and wife teams and brothers.  Our employees work very hard to ensure that our clients are happy with the job that we do.  Our clients and associates know that our drivers will deliver their products safely and on schedule.   Our business is large enough to handle the logistics of our customer’s most challenging transportation needs, and yet small enough to work with our customers on an individual basis, to ensure complete satisfaction.

We are proud supporters of several local community agencies.  We appreciate the services that these organizations provide to citizens of our area, and are proud to contribute to their efforts.  Each of our employees contribute weekly, through payroll deductions, to a charitable fund, and McConchie Trucking Ltd. matches the funds raised each year.  These funds are disbursed to several local agencies including:

  • The Danny & Jessica Angel Fund
  • Crime Stoppers
  • Childrens Wish Foundation
  • Lions Club Community Safe Net
  • The Terry Fox Foundation
  • Sussex Elementary School Discovery Park
  • Sussex Salvation Army

Our employees are encouraged to assist various community programs by providing their time and labour, while using McConchie Trucking’s equipment for community events.  These often include: trucks, trailers and drivers for parades and charity events, construction equipment and labour for playground construction, and moving and installing buildings for community and sports groups.
